Simon Nolet
AI Security Engineer // Offensive Mindset Educator
Teaching security teams to apply AI across cyber operations — without losing the critical thinking that wins
About
Simon Nolet is a cybersecurity professional with over 10 years of experience in offensive security. After conducting 250+ penetration tests and developing deep expertise in enterprise security assessments, he is now focused on a new mission: teaching security professionals how to integrate AI into cyber operations without losing the critical thinking that makes them effective.
Through Hacktive Education, Simon builds training that puts AI to work across the full spectrum of cyber operations — from reconnaissance and vulnerability assessment to detection, response, and red teaming. The goal is not AI for its own sake, but faster, sharper operations where humans stay in control of the decisions that matter. He also teaches the AI Red Teaming course — break AI systems before attackers do.
His philosophy: AI should augment security teams, not replace them. Practical, hands-on education. Real-world scenarios. Critical thinking always.
